What this site is
VouchMyBiz is building a tool to help small businesses in India reply to their Google reviews. The product is not available yet. This site describes what we intend to build and lets you register interest.
Who we are
These terms are offered by the operators of VouchMyBiz, reachable at hello@vouchmybiz.com.
Asking to be notified
Giving us your email does not create an account, guarantee you access, or commit us to launching. We may change direction, or stop entirely. Nothing is charged, nothing is purchased, and neither of us owes the other anything.
Before anyone can use or pay for the product, we will publish full terms covering it, and tell everyone who has given us an address.
Using this site
Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, submit another person’s details without their permission, or use the forms to send unsolicited messages.
Content on this site
The text, design, and code here are ours. Please do not republish them wholesale. Quoting a passage with attribution is fine and welcome.
Product names and trademarks belonging to others — including Google — are the property of their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. It describes a product still being built, so parts of it may be incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily offline.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. There is no paid service and no fee has been taken.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. If a change materially affects people who have given us their address, we will email them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute belongs to the courts of India.
