Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

VouchMyBiz (“we”, “us”) is building a tool that helps small businesses in India reply to their Google reviews. The product is not open yet — this site exists to describe it and to let you ask to be told when it is.

This policy is offered by the operators of VouchMyBiz, reachable at hello@vouchmybiz.com.

This policy explains what happens to your information. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site.

  • Get notified — your email address.
  • Contact form — your name, email address, and message.

There is nothing else. No account, no password, no payment details, because there is no product to sign into or pay for yet.

What we do not collect

  • No cookies of our own. We set none. Our host, Cloudflare, sets none by default either, but may set strictly necessary security cookies if bot-protection features are ever enabled.
  • No analytics. We do not measure visits, and no analytics tool is installed.
  • No tracking pixels and no advertising.
  • We do not record IP addresses or device information. Cloudflare, as our host, keeps short-lived security logs and operational error telemetry at its edge, which can include IP addresses; we do not access these for identification.

Your light/dark theme choice is kept in your own browser’s local storage. It never reaches us and identifies nobody.

Why we collect it

If you asked to be notified, your email is used to tell you when the product opens — nothing else. Your contact message is used to reply to you.

That is the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for anyone’s marketing, including anyone we work with. We run no advertising.

Who else handles it

Two companies process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosts this website and stores form submissions; its infrastructure is global, so data may be processed outside India) and Zoho (our email, stored in Indian data centres). Each acts as a processor under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare’s, Zoho’s.

We will disclose information if the law requires it. Otherwise, nobody else sees it.

How it is protected

Data you submit travels over HTTPS and is stored only with Cloudflare and Zoho. Nobody else has access.

When the product launches

The product will involve access to our customers’ Google Business Profile data. Before that happens, this policy will be replaced with one that fully describes those practices — nobody’s business data is touched under this version.

How long we keep it

Addresses given to be notified are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until we retire the list. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful, and then deleted.

If this project winds down, we delete everything. If it moves to a different legal entity, the list moves with it — we will email you first, with a working opt-out.

What you can ask for

Email hello@vouchmybiz.com from the address in question and ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it

We will do it within 30 days. We will confirm the request comes from the email’s owner, and ask nothing else.

Children

This is a tool for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. If a change materially affects people who have already given us their address, we will email them rather than change this page quietly.
